Minimum 25 years old, licence B held for at least 3 years. Licence + ID + proof of address required.

Deposit
€5000 by bank card imprint (not charged), refunded within 48h after return.

Young driver
Young drivers not accepted.

Mileage
200 km/day included, €2.50 per extra km.

Fuel
Vehicle delivered full, to be returned full.

Delivery
Free in Monaco, Nice, Cannes. Saint-Tropez and Nice Côte d’Azur Airport available 24/7.

Booking
30% deposit to secure the date, balance on the day.

Cancellation
Free up to 72h before, 50% charged between 72h and 24h, 100% under 24h.

Prohibitions
No smoking, no track use, no sub-letting.

Vehicle condition — scratches and damage
Full condition report with photos at pick-up and return. Any new damage is charged on the €5000 deposit: scratch €350–1500, wheel €400–800, bumper €800–2500, mirror €500, interior €300–1000. Beyond the deposit, balance invoiced by the approved bodyshop.
